IMPORTANT NOTE – ITALIAN REGULATIONS

Any Pharmaceutical Company (with drug products, not devices) participating as sponsors or exhibitors MUST present a request of participation at the Italian Ministry of Health Agency (AIFA) when the meeting is held in Italy; otherwise, they will not be able to sponsor/exhibit at the event.

The request at the Ministry of Health MUST be completed no later than 70 days prior to the Meeting.

In order to apply, the company needs to obtain a SIS code. Should the company not have one, the process of getting the code takes additional 25-30 days. Please take this into consideration when starting your application process.

This request of participation process will take place through a local agency acting as provider and point of coordination for every pharmaceutical company taking part to the congress
