In addition to our à la carte options, we also offer pre-prepared packages detailed in the prospectus below to suit your specific goals.

Every Supporter and Exhibitor will be prominently acknowledged in several key areas throughout the event. Recognition will be provided in the dedicated Industry Support and Exhibition segment of the program, ensuring high visibility among all attendees.
In addition, your support will be highlighted on the official Meeting website, offering exposure to a broader audience before, during, and after the event.
Sponsorship Packages
Below you can find pre-made packages. We offer Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsorship packages, each designed to optimize brand exposure. The Gold package includes premium branding and exclusive perks, Silver provides strong visibility and priority access, and Bronze ensures key recognition and essential benefits.

Sponsorship Level and Benefits

You will be given a sponsorship level dependent upon the total amount of your support contribution. The total contribution will consist of items such as advertisements, sponsored sessions and exhibition space (excluding storage space).
