Any Pharmaceutical Company (with drug products, not devices) participating as sponsors or exhibitors MUST present a request of participation at the Italian Ministry of Health Agency (AIFA) when the meeting is held in Italy otherwise they will not be able to sponsor/exhibit at the event.

The request at the Ministry of Health MUST be completed no later than 70 days prior to the Meeting.
